I've seen japanese kanji before and I honestly have no idea how it works.
YES I know its a writing system! I want to know how the symbols used in kanji are supposed to make sounds and stuff.

They make sounds the same way you know "A" is "AH" and "O" is OO.

I know about the Jet program and all the stuff require, but am asking like if I want to became a teacher to teach English in Japan what pathway in collage you guys or girl suggests I take, like what bachelor's degree you guys/girls recommend me to have higher chance to score a job like in a Sr. Highschool, also English is my 2nd language and I speake it fluently and Spanish

Listen to Japanese native speakers and then apply those sounds to similar sounds in your language.
For example, Japanese doesn't contain an "L" sound. They have a sound that's in between "R" and "L".
