How can i learn to speak and understand Japanese for FREE and ONLINE?

Question by Adi: How can i learn to speak and understand Japanese for FREE and ONLINE?
I have never learnt japanese and havent a clue what it is about. I don't know a single phrase of Japanese . I bought some books but they are useless and nobody teaches Jap in my area. I wanna learn it online for free so that I can understand Japanese anime .(i dont neccessarily want to learn reading/writing)
