Question by Fastball: How is Japan using international norms to build up their military power?
Japan is supposed to be a pacifist country but are moving towards a more autonomy state. Can anyone tell me how they are using international norms to do this? Does anyone have any links relating the two together or a detailed response. I'm writing a paper on this.
