I plan to soon start rosetta stone and learn how to speak some Japanese. But, is Rosetta stone effective enough alone? Does anyone know any decent workbooks to go along with it?

Answer by JamesRosetta Stone is a waste of time. All you do in it is look at pictures and they tell you the word. There is no learning involved. Sure you may learn what some words
