I want to study a language at a university abroad this summer, how can I make this happen?

Question by boss: I want to study a language at a university abroad this summer, how can I make this happen?
I would like to go to either Korea or Japan and take an intro level course in the respective language. I have not decided on which country yet but I am open to suggestions. I do not want an intensive study program that crams an entire year of language study into 4 weeks. I am just looking to get my feet wet and have fun travelling the country after the course is over. Korea or Japan?
