What does teaching English in Japan involve?

Question by Raven: What does teaching English in Japan involve?
Does this include teaching grammar (knowing verbs, nouns, conjugating verbs, different tenses) or just teaching conversational english to students. Is their any emphasis on grammar or is it all conversing with the students in English?

I am not sure of what to expect when I go to Japan to teach English.
