What's the most effective way to learn Japanese?

Question by Ami Cheetham: What's the most effective way to learn Japanese?
I want to learn how to speak Japanese but I don't know how to get the best result because there's no club at my School or anywhere near where I live.
Just letting you know that I'm 13 and my Mom won't let me move to Japan. :L
