How to Study Abroad in Japan(for university)?

Hello. I am wondering what would be the best way to study abroad (for university) in Japan. I'm only in grade 10 right now but I need to know what colleges/universities have the best programs.
I'd really like to go into journalism but I also want to study Japanese.
Do you know of any programs that would be good for this? Particularly in the US state of Georgia. If not any in GA, do you know of any others in the
