Q&A: learn to speak and read Japanese?

Question by : learn to speak and read Japanese?
Is there a good website that will teach me how to read and speak Japanese . The real reason I want to learn Japanese is so I can watch more anime TV shows with out having to read subtitles it would be easier if I just learned Japanese
that is no help how would I do that if I am watching a video ?
